Benefits:
Nothing really. It was really hard to do anything with this system.
Drawbacks:
The reporting feature was awful. It could not run the right reports that we were looking for. There were certain things we needed it to track and it did not.
In sum:
It was not a great experience. We ended up leaving for another campus management system.

The Symplicity team I was set up with helped me every step of the way to ensure that I could get my event up and running with ease and simplicity (pun unintended). It was extremely customizable so that the platform could look like it was tailored specifically to my event. I was able to get my week-long event up and running online in a matter of weeks. It was much easier and quicker than if I were to host the same event offline.
Drawbacks:
There wasn't a sense of unification throughout the software. While it made it easier for recruiters and students to access it without having to learn the platform, the platform felt like an appendage. It was so disconnected without a native video calling feature that it led to confusion as to the need for several platforms for one event.
In sum:
It was really nice and the team was very responsive and helpful. Wish it had more unity to host the entirety of the event on the platform. Would make for a much more unified event.

It has a few features that are useful. It has allowed us to establish a good database of jobs available and allows for appointment management.
Drawbacks:
The platform is not very user friendly. It seems like a lot of important features such as scheduling an advising appointment is hidden and you have to go through a few clicks to get to. The search feature is not the best at filtering jobs and showing the ones of interest.

The new interface of Symplicity has been great. It is incredibly user friendly app. Overall the money that you spend with Symplicity is a great value.
Drawbacks:
I felt like with Symplicity much like other programs that there is some training that needs to be done in order to be able to implement it to the fullest.
