Not only is the software and the website fast, but so is the customer service they provide their customers. The AppointmentQuest team was able to answer my questions right away. When I contacted their customer support team, I was pleasantly surprised with the speed and efficiency that they were able to help me get my question answered, there was no time wasted. Overall, this program is top-quality and the best online appointment scheduler I've used, I would highly recommend giving it a try if you are in a business that needs an organized calendar. I have been using Appointment Quest since 2008. Easy to set up. Easy to use. Super affordable Many versatile features, such as allowing multiple practitioner schedules, blocking out dates and times, allowing customers to make appointments if you want to do that, keeping track of past and future appointments and up-to-date customer information. I book my own appointments and do not have staff do that, because I need to know what is going on with someone when they are making their appointment to juggle things if it is an urgent situation, etc. I have hundreds of clients and having all of their contact data in one place and at my fingertips keeps things running smoothly and efficiently. When I am finishing up an appointment with a client, I love the 7-day planner for moving ahead to as many weeks out I want to see that person next, because it shows just how many appointments are already on each day. Appointment Quest, itself, is like having another full-time staff person. AND... the customer service from AQ is outstanding! Anytime I've had a question, I have heard back immediately.
Drawbacks:
I can't think of anything at all that I haven't liked.
