We have been with TM3 for over a year, and its predecessor TM2 for around 5 years before that. It is purpose built for physiotherapy practices, particularly multi-location clinics, with high volumes of staff and insurance referrals. We have over 20,000 patients on our data base and it runs seamlessly.

Emailing receipts to clients and quick access to patient portals to view their appointment history is a major plus. The waiting list system has provided flexibility of clients to choose their own appointment times.
