As a user, it is very easy to use and visually appealing, it lays out your current coverage , info, dependents and beneficiaries. It is very well organized and easy to edit whatever you'd like. There are FAQs just in case you get lost which comes in handy.
Drawbacks:
I wish we could access our actual benefits sites through this site. This site, my company solely uses for the employees to select the certain benefit plan that they want.
In sum:
Overall, super easy to use to select the certain benefits that I need for myself. It had multiple instructions through the process and laid out each plan option that my company had to offer explained each one so I could select the one that made the most sense for me to use.
