I'm not convinced it's still available to new users. If the software is just 'in place' for currently paid users, I fear an eventual 'fade into the sunset' may be coming for what was once a great offering.

Summary:

I'd only used the software initially to setup dashboards (once) and come back to check results. It was simple to do and served my purposes well.

Benefits:

Lets you easily control the data being input from Google sources, and display it in any way you like.

It is still missing some key elements. For example, in the same chart, mix different data sources. Also, it needs to improve the look and feel of the charts. It is good and understandable (except very few quirks that support mentioned they are working on), but it lacks that "eye candy" in charts. Recently the development seemed stagnant, but since the last weeks they seem to be active.

Show important data to customers in a simple and effective way. It saved us a LOT of time to create excel spreadsheets and create power points with charts. Right now, we just set up a dashboard, refresh whatever data is manual and present to customers. We cut off approximately 70% of manual work on sharing performance metrics and charts to our customers.

Benefits:

I've used innovaccer for about 4 years now. I have admin access so resetting passwords and setting up user accounts is very simple.

Drawbacks:

There times when innovaccer may not allow us to log in but it never last the whole day.

From helping providers understand their dashboard to the care management tool it make things run smooth and ease.
