Software helped me easily focus what I needed to prioritize. Cut out all the stuff I didn't need to focus on.

Drawbacks:

Maybe more options to add extra cards perhaps, but this may defeat the purpose of really focusing your tasks and actions.

I've been business planning for clients for decades and I've seen nothing like this before. This tool is absolutely amazing. It is so intuitive and it makes the whole process so easy. It is jam-packed with tips and advice that takes experienced consultants decades to learn, all as part of the basic package for everyone to use. From a professional business consultant and qualified Chartered Global Management Accountant to both professionals and to businesses, this is the tool for you. If you are serious about beating the dropout stats and about growing your business into a big success, then you need Business Sorter. This software is life changing.

Drawbacks:

I wish I'd found it sooner. So many of my clients could have benefitted from this. They definitely will now.

I have completely streamlined and systemised the planning process by using the software. There are so many areas to cover in business planning and so many can easily be missed. This software guides you through them all and keeps you focused. It's great to prepare a plan but if it isn't properly implemented then what was the point. This software manages the user through the plan and the implementation process. Gives the mentor/manager complete transparency and allows them to gently nudge anyone who isn't meeting deadlines on individual tasks. This really has been so well thought out and is an amazing tool for planning.

Benefits:

The fully functional task wizard made it a breeze. When it came down to crunch time I had all the support I needed

Drawbacks:

That I only had one business plan to make!! Will definately recomend and use again. I suppose if it could somehow read my mind and just automatically hand me the perfect plan that would be an improvment.

We started using Business Sorter a year ago. What we loved is seeing how this tool works for all levels of team members, from business development managers through to account managers. Its uniquely user friendly and certainly easy to use, yet don not be fooled. The actual outcome and depth of detail of the end result is astounding. I highly recommend Business Sorter, as its core principles and unique methodology will certainly suit multitudes of businesses around the world.

Business Sorter is very well laid out and easy to follow and use. It can be as specific as you make it with easy steps/plans. Most of the key things are already in there for you to use - you just tweak it as you see fit for you.

Very easy to use but gives a really clear and in depth result in a short amount of time. Made my planning process so much simpler than other formats I have used in the past. The biggest result so far for me is one of my staff members has found a new lease on life because they have a clear list of steps to take on a regular schedule to drive results. Before we used this tool we were going around in circles and everyone was getting frustrated. Now we have clear accountability, and everyone understands what part they have to do. I love using this!

Benefits:

It's intuitive thorough and elegant. It takes you through nearly everything you'll need to consider (am racking my brain to find the gaps - will let you know when I do). It's a basic process but because of the software and ease of use it makes it easier to engage with than a traditional planning session. It's constantly growing and developing to be more useful and powerful. I just hope that it keeps it's elegants i.e. doesn't get too complex with too many features.

Drawbacks:

Not much - there are limitations, i.e. I tend to think in terms of user journey's, where as this is about tasks and teams. If there was a way to create a continuim of plans perhaps?

Benefits:

Business Sorter really helps me out once there are lack of management on my planning team. This app giving best choices for our team as they are keeping it to be effective at it finest. It's super sophisticated.

Drawbacks:

The detailed information once we're asking for it. Sometimes some data is not displayed properly. Not sure whether if it's my device problem or a bug happen recently.

This is an amazing solution based on cards. Perfect for focusing on business problems and development, monitoring Your business in general. Perfect mix of most used tasks and procedures with personal (customized) requests, all in this interesting card format. Interesting help section.

Drawbacks:

Preferences are non-existent. User can't change currency or implement several currencies. More options are needed in some areas (especially in tasks). Connections with some other on-line service would be appreciated (G-calendar for example).

So much content, very easy to use and clients love it. Great way to structure workshop conversations and to be able to cover so many potential business issues and opportunities. It then keeps businesses on track with making progress in working on their business rather than in it. Objectives, priorities and tasks can be regularly updated, with budgets, due dates and people assigned to each too. It is fantastic. Can be used with businesses of all sizes as well as for individuals too. 100% would recommend!!

I have been involved in business planning for many years now. This tool is so simple to use and creates a usable working document in a short space of time which can be updated and reviewed at will. It can be created by anyone regardless of their level of knowledge and made as complex or as strightforward as required. I recommend this tool to anyone looking for a simple solution to business planning.

It would be good if the lowest price band had up to 5 team leaders. This is currently 3 with the next bracket being 10. Pricing however is good.

The winning feature of this tool is that you can formulate an incredibly comprehensive plan in a very short period of time. The creators clearly know their stuff when it comes to planning and this feeds through into every step of the plan building process. You come out with clear priorities and achievable actions. Love this tool!

We would love the ability to be able to link actions to our calendar so that we are able to track progress in terms of dates.

Benefits:

1. It summarizes the business planning and aids in monitoring the execution part. Can assign objectives to reach the goal, tasks to people and set target deadlines and budget. 2. Allows to analyze six areas in business. Card sorting system helps us in identifying top priorities to meet our goals. 3. Easily accessible through PC and mobile. We can also invite other people and work collaboratively.

Drawbacks:

Not much to say as of now. Expect more project management features which can help us in detailed planning (such as sub tasks or projects to be done to reach the task assigned to the person).

Saves Time. Helps in communicating with middle and bottom level managers.
