Looking for the right software is daunting and making the wrong choice can be detrimental to your business. We spent over a year testing ordering portal software. B2B Wave was the right decision and has added tremendous value to our business and to our customers. We were looking for an ordering portal which could integrate with our stock management and accounting software. This was easily achieved due to B2B Wave having an outstanding API, support and a clear understanding of our business. The value B2B Wave has added to our business in the past 6 months is unbelievable and I highly recommend them. Thank you for making such great software and keep up the good work.

As a smaller specialist distributor we found the ease of use and efficiency of up loading products to be spot on. Using B2B Wave allows us to create a very professional presentation for our retail customers and consumers alike. The B2B section is very easy for our retailers to use and ticks every box we were looking for: real time updated stock levels, easy ordering for the retailer, ability to advise the retailer that carraige will be charged where appropriate, ability for us to add stock to retailer orders on their behave and a suberb serach engine for example

Without a doubt we are helping B2B Wave to evole this platform as other users are. They are very responsive and supportive which I can only commend to anyone considering using B2B Wave. The help desk is exceptional and very patient with good clear explanations on how to use an area or expand what we can do with an area. Wholesale e-commerce sales are simple and easy to achieve and my customers love its accessibility and find it great to use. Multiple price lists in different currencies are easy to set up and each product can have as much or as little details as required. Attached payment gateway (WorldPay or PayPal) are perfect for growth of online sales. The system has loads of little addons that make this system perfect for any business looking to wholesale online from 1 to 1000+ products. Having used other more expensive systems like TradeGecko this is without a doubt the best system I have used in a long time. Customer support is great and it's the first time any company has acted on suggestions made by their customers. The system continues to grow and just gets better.

Drawbacks:

Missing a few integrations like CRM, MailChimp & multiple warehouse options. Have yet to find anything wrong with the system.

Without B2B Wave I wouldnt have an online business. My customers can purchase my products 24/7 and pay instantly as well as having full control over how and when their products are dispatched. Set up an API to connect B2B Wave to warehousing and delivery to make one perfect ly connected system.

We chose B2B Wave after an extensive search. We needed a system that would allow us to place orders for those customers who are used to that level of personalized service and that would allow other customers to be more self-sufficient. B2B had most of the features we were looking for. The sales and support teams were terrific at helping us understand what B2B could and could not do and at adding some custom functions for us. The product is relatively intuitive to set up and use; the integration with QuickBooks worked seamlessly. The support has been superb. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and the team answered questions clearly and honestly during the decision-making process and have been there every step of the way through set up and early use. We are very comfortable recommending B2B Wave - especially to other small businesses that don't have the time or internal IT support for complex set ups. B2B was enormously helpful in lightening the load on the tech side of our business.

The software in general is impactful. It is easy to use and the look and feel is of todays world. It is just straightforward with no complicated difficult processes that need to be followed. It is easy to upload product data and very easy for our customers to place orders. Our next move within Turis to have a direct connection with our B2C Shopify webshop. Can't wait!

Our overall experience with Turis could not be better. One of the key needs that we needed when looking for the right software is that we would get the support when needed. The Turis team is always on standby through the chat. All questions are always clearly answered. It is not just some auto bot that sends you a link which you will need to decipher. The service that I was searching for is exactly what Turis is offering. Everything within Turis seems streamlined!

The customer service is extremely good. They listen and adjust whenever we have inquiries about missing or changes to features. Their onboarding process is very personal, friendly and to the point. Where we've accounted other software's onboarding processes becoming too automatic or starts with unnecessary information that looses our interest. We are assigned an account manager but has been in contact with both owners. When we are met with missing features that requires extensive manual labor they will do it for us or find a solution.

Front-end for B2B customers is nice and easy to navigate. Looks like a webshop. As a business owner the platform doesn't offer enough features and needs to be combined with other platforms. If features are added and dashboard/reports are offered it will suffice, but in its current state I am hesitant as to renew for another year.

Drawbacks:

Unfortunately it very much feels like we still work in a beta version. don't think the customers notice too much though.
