This system is a wonder. In a single site you can organize lessons, schedules, list of students, coaches, make communications in real time and even make payments in a moment without cumbersome payment procedures. Both figure skating and hockey coaches and clients can book lessons, cancel classes, communicate directly with each other and all in real time.

Aspects against as such, I do not observe in this application. If I would have to list some I would say that the Advantage of real-time communication between clients and coaches could be a disadvantage in case the client or coaches is not in the connection zone and there is an unexpected change such as a cancellation of classes or a change of time and the information does not arrive on time, but this is more like an exogenous element and not responsibility of the application itself.

Summary:

I love this application because it is exclusive for figure skating and hockey so it is clear specific and easy to handle for those involved.

I'm so grateful for Satori, it's been huge as a coaching business-enhancing program. My life has been so much easier since I said YES to becoming a member of this generous community. Because that's what it is - a community of users who embrace the gifts that Satori shares with the world. Also, Satori's level of customer service is BRILLIANT, it has exceeded my expectations in every way!

I want to shout out Satori because in all sincerity that's been such a game-changer for me. Before Satori, I did everything by hand. Talk about what isn't productive or conducive to your time! Scheduling people back and forth with emails, having a separate app for payment I used to send out an email before every single coaching call for with questionnaires that I would use and my clients would have to reply, which is super janky. I even had to have like 45 reminders in my calendar for every client call to make sure I sent all these things. It was really stressful. If I'm worried about all of these different things to think about, I'm not doing the deep work. I'm not in the creative process. So, with all sincerity, I love how easy Satori makes everything for me. It's like 10 pounds off my shoulders. And it's also something I don't have to hire out. It looks clean and professional, and it takes care of my clients. Everything's in one place for them. So thank you for being a genius knowing the tech side. It's not just an easier process but it opens up the brain space so that I can do my work and not the things that take my brain away from it. I have to say too, the customer service is amazing. Anytime I have a question it always gets answered. There was like a bug a while ago and they fixed it on the spot and took care of it. I did my research and I've used some other great tools but I don't think there's another tool out there that really has everything in there that Sat

Drawbacks:

Once in a while there's a tech glitch with payments/scheduling, but Satori's team is ALWAYS there to support you and fix whatever is going on.

Honestly I really did like it but decided on a different program simply because I liked that that other program gave me more bells and whistles. On Satori you can't upload any other images. The calendaring feature sometimes got cumbersome.

Summary:

It was great. I had no complaints, the features were all useful and very intuitive.
