Benefits:

Once setup, it's fantastically easy to use Stable Great support Fantastic tools/options within the management area (under Policy and Profiles)

Drawbacks:

Setup was a little tricky (we already had BES10 so our setup was a little easier)

In sum:

Our experience (both with the product itself and with Blackberry Support) has been outstanding. Especially Support: we report a problem we're having, no matter what severity we classify it as, we get contacted normally within the day (email and phone call). As I'm the 'cellphone guy' for our organization, I've had the pleasure of being able to play around with various Policies within the product: pushing apps to devices, specifying specific wifi settings, etc.). So far the product has served us well (and we're not even using it to its full potential [we've not employed Samsung KNOX])!

Benefits:

Office email and enterprise solutions are steadily connected with minimal interruption

Drawbacks:

Limited apps options on Blackberry world

Benefits:

BlackBerry Work enables me to access my Outlook email account on all my mobile devices (Cell phone and tablet) in a secure way without worrying about a data-breach or compromising my clients personal information. The software is easy to use, encrypted and requires constant password updates for added security.

Drawbacks:

The email Inbox sometimes doesn't update when new emails come in, does not have access to archived emails on my work laptop, number of emails displayed could be a little more extensive.

In sum:

Blackberry Work is an excellent solution for accessing my business emails on the go while giving peace of mind with renowned security.

Benefits:

I never really appreciated how easy this was to use until my company integrated Citrix. I love how everything is in one place and it does not take up as much space on my phone.

Drawbacks:

This software did not integrate passwords with my normal Windows desktop. You have to remember to change it when your Windows prompts.

Benefits:

It was seamless to integrate into my company structure. I love using this product and it provides me the best service to keep my business afloat

Drawbacks:

Like the times, it needs to update and incorporate more features like cloud hosting and attachment sharing capabilities

Overall I am extremely satisfied with this product

I have been using Blackberry enterprise for over 10+ years now, for my previous work as well as current company. I have been nothing but satisfied and very happy. Blackberry is the most secure and best mail service out there. Kudos

Restricted to Blackberry devices and not available on iphone and other devices.

Always happy and satisfied. Please update with predictive mail like google and you will be unstopable

It's a great combination of BlackBerry's professional software and Android's regular consumer's software

The camera is not good enough. They need to really work on that because I do use my camera for personal and professional use
