Is very secure, effective and accurate and also if the business have to make immediately changes it do it in real time
Drawbacks:
Sometimes have some.issues about certain things or functions but I think all programs have a little range of issues

Very easy software to train my contractors. Most people on a temporary assignments are able to use with no problem.
Drawbacks:
Doesn't calculate the hours put in by the employee. Employee is left to add up their time which leaves room for error.

Benefits:
As an Oracle employee I am using beehive platform for daily business, it ensures me a smooth work in my communication with the resources and the external stuff. Calendar is a useful tool and it's important for me to be have it connected to the email.
Drawbacks:
Maybe it should have a nicer interface, I am using it daily and it looks always the same.

Benefits:
The integrated modules such as conferencing and wiki pages are useful. Allowing users to set up multiple workspaces with different levels of privacy makes remote communication even easier.
Drawbacks:
The email capabilities are not user friendly and most people would prefer Microsoft Outlook 365 to the Oracle Beehive option.
