The software if very intuitive, loads extremely fast one think i love about this software is that if i add a repair or any other data is shows on the other users without refreshing the page. you can see that this software is really designed by repair shop owners.
Drawbacks:
Some features are still missing, but i talked to the guys there and they are working constantly improving the software and adding new features.
