Benefits:
Easy to use, very customer friendly. Helped clean my system and restore my hard drive. They did a year of cleaning for my system.
Drawbacks:
I had switched from McAffee and was referred to iYogi. They helped with my computer but I had to pay for their service before system could be cleaned. I felt I was still under McAffee warranty but they required payment. Was over a barrel and had to pay a lot of money but they did clean my system and restore my computer.
