«Ticketing tool that is lacking core functionality »

Overall rating

Benefits:

Our support system was moved to Orchestra and existing tickets moved over so we have access to historical records.

Drawbacks:

It's very difficult to follow a ticket's thread with Orchestra. Additional clicks and digging are required anytime I try to pull up a record.

In sum:

Thus far things haven't been great; I wouldn't recommend Orchestra for this use case.
