Benefits:
[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and team are great to work with and very attentive.
Drawbacks:
The accuracy and QC of data entry - there are errors in every report I run that must be corrected. The lag time and time it takes to run a report. Reports take a lot of time to customize to allow the information to be circulated. The lack of ability to work with other software - Oracle and Workday. The dashboard lacks detailed portfolio/contract information.

Everything in one spot and detailed out.
Drawbacks:
Doesn't seem to go back to previous page when you want to go back, will take you to the beginning of a section instead of just one page back. Attachments are not intuitive, it's not obvious where they are in the layout.

Drawbacks:
The Leasing costs aren't up to date regarding what we are paying today. I would like to see an email or alert come to the COO when a lease has an annual increase. (We missed 2 of these in NMX this year.)
