Though I took only a trial so far , I guess that the mere awareness of the stress levels we carry on silly things help us chalk out a path to get out of the loop of self infliction. There were some suggestions on breathing and meditation which do help. To me , the identification of my unnecessary stress levels itself was an eye opener.
