Benefits:

User-friendliness - the functionality of Alida makes it simple to design surveys, use the data, onboard new team members, etc.

Drawbacks:

There could be a few more programming features, like enabling respondents to upload images/videos

Benefits:

The experience with Alida's customer success team has been excellent. They are very responsive and knowledgeable. We've worked with a couple over the 6 years of our partnership and have been pleased with all.

Drawbacks:

Navigating between two survey platforms is challenging for our programmers.

In sum:

We are gaining valuable insights from healthcare consumers, employees, brokers, and provider partners though use of Alida SPARQ and Power Surveys.
