Benefits:
Once the implentation is done, it is quite easy to use and we have a lot of freedom: just create and deploy a test ourselves instead of waiting on another company to do this for us.
Drawbacks:
There are a lot of bugs. Often, the software does not work or does not load graphs.

It's very easy to use with a lot of options. Specially the option to customize the design helped us a lot to gain more responses. Also the dashboard, wich you can adjust manually, is very nice.
Drawbacks:
It really would be an improved to directly export the results instead first get an email about it. It cost time

We did get a demo of the product and everything was clear from the beginning. The product is really easy to use and everything you need is in there!
Drawbacks:
You need to have an analist or someone who knows what you should ask where. What you buy is the tool, but not the advice. There is no personal coach or someone who sets up a plan with you, but that was something we knew on forehand!
In sum:
We're still in the start up fase, but it promisses to be really helpfull to check out our customer feedback for our webshop.

Features are the ones we expected to collect and analyze user feedback from our app users, but the stability is awful and accuracy questionable
Drawbacks:
The platform is so buggy and very unstable. You have to constantly rebuild your dashboard as they get destroyed at each connection! I need always to double-check the results and results are randomly displayed. Looking for an alternative.
In sum:
As a SAAS company, we need to track and analyze our NPS. MOPINION as all the features we are looking for, but I suspect they have no tech team and the support is extremely poor. The platform so unstable and doesn't display properly the results, destroy the dashboards or gives random results.

Mopinion is easy to set up, just include a little script and you are up and running. The software is very versatile in gathering and sharing customer feedback in our organisation. There are many types of forms, form elements and combinations possible giving you a lot of freedom to create an engaging surveys for your customers. Data is easily gathered and exported, so you can easily use it in your reporting and escalation flows. Free tier makes it easy to test drive the software. Also, the sales team is very helpful to set up a more elaborate trial fit for our use cases. Very friendly and helpful support staff.
Drawbacks:
Sometimes the software is not entirely optimal to our workflows. Which makes some actions repetitive. When issues arise, like little bugs, these can be annoying, but are usually resolved in a matter of hours. While Mopinion is much cheaper for our highly visited websites, there are artificial limits on number of users and reports. This was a bit of a hassle to figure our during initial trials. Artificial intelligence aspect of the software is underdeveloped at the moment, but with the export options you can easily use your own analytical pipelines.
In sum:
Customer feedback went from several thousand per year using our previous tool to several thousand a month. Delivering actionable insights into our customers opinions and needs. Sometimes we were able to use Mopinion to add features to our products when our own development team did not have time to implement these. This way we could easily run tests and gather valuable insights in a matter of days.

Mopinion is a low cost, easy to use standard solution for collecting customer feedback on your website. It's very good at what it does.
Drawbacks:
It's not very flexible. There's some things to tweak but overall it's aimed at providing a standard solution. Also the dashboard is limited in how many different graphs you can use when using a lower tier subscription. The dashboard in general could use some more options.
In sum:
The company is approachable and easy to do business with. Decent support when there are issues.

The software is simple to use, easy to navigate and so far has never crashed and stopped working whilst I have been using it.
Drawbacks:
There is currently nothing that I do not like or would change, but I will keep my eye out during future use.
