Benefits:

end-to-end platform to capture, analyze and act on voice of the customer. It is full selfservice and easy to integrate in an existing IT ecosystem due to state-of-the-art KPI. Data analitycs and NLP are impressive. Integration of external sources it's easy as one-click. Full integration with CRM systems and social networks. Deep machine learning libraries such fasttext and bert, integrated in the software.

Drawbacks:

It is really a high sophisticated solution. Needs proper education is necessary to exploit the software.

In sum:

-Increase loyalty and decrease churn. -Sell more to existing clients -Attract new clients

Benefits:

The greatest advantage is the leading edge text mining solution with a well thought through user interface that makes it easy to work with unstructured data. Next to the capturing of feedbacks, we like the flexible possibilities to import, combine and export data with metadata. Analyzing the Voice of the Customer becomes actually fun.

Drawbacks:

The knowledge about the good use and potential of managing the customer experience is still very rare with companies. SandSIV will have to do even more to promote the business case.

In sum:

We analyzed a few solutions and liked the quality of the functionalities and we were very pleased about the advanced solutions for text mining and the great usability of the tools.
