- Ease of uptake to a company that has not utilized this type of product before in the past. - The product act as a multitool, and can be sold as a service to your own clients, or used internally to allow your team and clients to communicate about ongoing work. - Incredibly useful to have in facilities to allow you to keep track of the multitude of ad-hoc tasks that come your way to ensure that you are always on top of billing and not giving service away for free when paying wages. - The team at HotH are incredibly attentive and resourceful, any issues I have had, problems that needed solving or features that needed adding have been dealt with promptly and professionally whilst establishing a strong relationship with the in house team there. - A full days training was provided in office (pre covid) by the HotH team to bring managers and operators up to speed on the use of the software - The platform can be run by a limited number of users and operators giving great utility to to small teams to manage large portfolios and volumes of work requests - The HotH library is full of descriptions on how to utilise certain aspects of the platform - Some features will need redeveloping for a users unique requirements, the product is not one size fits all however the team through

We have had Spendgo for 3 months and cannot get reporting on how it is working

Benefits:

Easy for the customer to use and input their information. Attractive platform that the equipment sits on.

Drawbacks:

No visibility to if it is driving customer loyalty. The reporting features are not available for franchisees.

So far I have received no benefit.

The Spendgo team really took care of us and worked to find solutions across our diverse portfolio of public houses, cocktail clubs and barbershops that deploy a range of POS, e-commerce, online ordering and pay-at-the-table solutions. We're enabling Spendgo across four business units, representing 19 unique brands with a single loyalty program to ultimately provide the omnichannel loyalty experience we are looking for. I liked how well they were able to support us through the integrations, even when we encountered challenges due to incompatibility from some of the other vendors, Spendgo came through with creative solutions and made enhancements where needed. Beyond the technology and platform, the expertise and support from Spendgo that helped us mold our loyalty experience into a customer-first experience was something we didn't know we needed and has now given us confidence in our loyalty experience for our customers and guests.

Drawbacks:

Had some initial compatibility issues with one of our 3rd party apps within Shopify, but the Spendgo team found a way to work around it to resolve.
