Switching to Certifier from our manual approach toward certificate creation and distribution was, for sure, our smartest decision. Thanks to Certifier, our company downsized the budget spent on the certificate management process, since now there is only one person involved. I would recommend using Certifier to anyone who has the need to regularly issue more than 20 certificates at a time.

What is particularly exceptional about this software, is the possibility to provide your recipients with the branded experience throughout all the stages of credential management. We used to use software similar to Certifier, although there was no possibility to issue white-labeled certificates. In the case of Certifier, you can manage the whole process in a way that there will be no single mention of this platform: neither in the emails nor on the template itself. This provides an absolutely branded experience to your recipients. Once they post their certificates on social media profiles, your company gets additional recognition.

It is great to have the possibility to share white-labeled certificates indeed. However, it will be much more comfortable for us to create the email templates ourselves. For now, this process is managed manually by Certifier's team. Even though they do everything quickly and neatly, the problem is that each small change requires a lot of communication and time.

Summary:

It is a great fit for our organization. With more native integrations deployed, we will be even happier customers.

Pickit just makes it easier for us to consolidate our marketing material for the web, social media, content marketing and print, and reduces the amount of time wasted trying to get people access to the right content, so it saves us a bunch of time and makes life simpler for everyone at the marketing Dept.
