I like the stored templates and pricing catalog feature the most. It helps store each item pricing so that we're consistent with pricing and accurate. We re-use templates a lot and it's nice not having to add in contact info for each quote.

Drawbacks:

The software can be slow at times. There are long pauses sometimes in between moving an item or table and inserting a new item, table or page break... Read more

The software can be slow at times. There are long pauses sometimes in between moving an item or table and inserting a new item, table or page break. It's also not always easy to select an object; my cursor sometimes selects the wrong item. Double-clicking an item to edit it can be slow as well.

Pandadoc keeps improving their software so it keeps getting better all the time. I use the library a lot which streamlines my proposals

I recently had to merge 2 different templates and I did not find an easy way to do it. I finally just copied all the blocks into a temporary folder and pasted them into the other template. Maybe there is a better way, but I didn't find it.

I appreciate the versatility in design so that my documents promote my brand while accomplishing their intended function. I also value the many available integrations that help to support productivity and efficiency.

Drawbacks:

The integrations don't always work quite as smoothly as I would prefer, but PandaDoc listens well and continues to make improvements.

PandaDoc gave us a great tool to create sales quotes that were custom to our business. It was great to have the option to brand our documents. as well. The mobile app is very easy to use and tracking quotes has been very valuable. Overall, very happy with this platform.

The integration with Insightly could be a little better. The document name does not transfer to Insightly. All are posted with the generic template name. PandaDoc could also provide better a better search engine. I would like to search by the name of the person it was sent to or their email address. I would also like to see it use our business email server for all sent emails. Sometimes the PandaDoc email ends up in the SPAM folder.

It is very easy to use and provides integration with the main storage we are using. The customer service is very responsive as well.

Nothing much really but could be a lot cheaper will do. Other than that, the software and its customer service are perfect!

Agreements and other frequently used documents are custom made to meet not just legal requirements but specific client needs. There is less likelihood of mistakes caused by using own precedent data base where one can miss amending certain clauses to cater for a particular scenario/ agreement. It is also useful to know that one has the support of legal experts who provide legal support free of charge. They also ensure that all agreements used by clients are up to date with changes in legislation. Having additional agreements (which are not frequently used by the client) which can easily be generated from the system is very beneficial. The fact that it is web based means it can be accessed from anywhere. The document storage allows one to save various drafts and have a record to track amendments made and etc.
