Benefits:
I like the workspaces where you can have different brands, users and templates so I can manage various departments under the one account. I like that you can integrate with our CRM and grab dynamic field data to pre-populate some of the forms we use.
Drawbacks:
I think it could be cheaper to compete locally here in Australia with some alternative products.

In sum:
Panda Doc Has really improved my method of quotations and has made it quick an easier for clients to send back paperwork, meaning more closed sales. The client doesn't have the stress of printing (eco-friendly) and scanning in or faxing documents , it's all in one document, I also find the reminder and tracking functionality very useful. I would recommend to friends and clients.

Ability to integrate with almost any type of program. The alert settings and payment functions are great features. I like the idea of the pricebook but wish that would auto save/include lookup field instead of saving/importing from catering.
Drawbacks:
Fields are not always synced properly when importing from other CRM systems. Will automatically change formatting of document when entering/changing data . Seems pretty slow when adjusting tokens.
In sum:
Overall an ok product, need to have in depth knowledge in css and html in order to customize themes and templates, could be more user friendly. I think it is heading in the right direction but certainly has a lot of fine tuning to do.

Very easy to use. Allows for comprehensive anaytics of online presentations and esign capabilities.
Drawbacks:
Have not found any cons, but it is an emerging product and always improving. Sometimes things are rolled out without notice.

Being able to use drafts for proposals in an easy way. Being able to send the documents directly on the app and to have electronic signature. Being able to customize your document
Drawbacks:
The fact you cannot use "blocs or other features if you are not on premium accounts. Some functionalities seem crucial to a well functioning software, but only accessible on premium. For example, we don't use many templates because we don't have access to content bloc/library to choose from so we just copy a document and make the changes.

We love the simplicity of the program. The support team is also fantastic and we really appreciate how they are very open to feedback and suggestions.
Drawbacks:
There are a few small things that are a little annoying to get around. Like if you have a typo in the singers name or email, you can't delete the singer and just edit the name.

Super easy to use, yet still very powerful. They continually add features and make improvements but not in an overwhelming way. They are smart additions and the amount of functional integrations keeps growing. It really is the best overall solution and bang for the buck.
Drawbacks:
I do wish there was some more functionality in regard to design. You can create custom CSS but that isn't as user friendly. A fully featured WYSIWYG editor to make standout proposals would be great. As is it's still functional enough in terms of design.
In sum:
We use PandaDoc for all of our client agreements. We used to use it for proposals as well, but we wanted more functionality so we strictly use it for agreements.

Pandadoc keeps improving their software so it keeps getting better all the time. I use the library a lot which streamlines my proposals
Drawbacks:
I recently had to merge 2 different templates and I did not find an easy way to do it. I finally just copied all the blocks into a temporary folder and pasted them into the other template. Maybe there is a better way, but I didn't find it.

I enjoy the drag and drop aspects. It's overall easy to use once you get in. We have already created custom designed templates via our internal design team.
Drawbacks:
One big con would be the line item discount option. We would like to be able to put in the exact discount, rather than playing process of elimination with decimals. Also, when i click tab inside the pricing table thinking it will take me to the next box, it takes me to the bottom of the document. Otherwise I'd say to are my two changes I'd like to see.

I appreciate the versatility in design so that my documents promote my brand while accomplishing their intended function. I also value the many available integrations that help to support productivity and efficiency.
Drawbacks:
The integrations don't always work quite as smoothly as I would prefer, but PandaDoc listens well and continues to make improvements.

It helps me to streamline our proposal process while delivering an easy-to-follow platform for both staff and clients. Having the assurance that the eSignatures are certified and legal gives me confidence that my company and clients are well-protected.
