In sum:
I spent a lot of time trying to find a service that I could use to make a form and then use that form to make a document that I could sell to my clients online. There are plenty of services that allow to you make an online form, and there are a few services that combine form data with a document template. However, none of them easily allowed me to join the two. This one does. I can also sell the document online, re-used data, etc, etc.

Finally.....I've tried everything on the market and this trumps them all. Easy to use but lacks nothing in terms of power and flexibility. Works in seamlessly with our existing PDF and word forms and documents.
