When we were looking for easy to use RMA software, we touched base with 12Return. After a few conversations and a demo we were convinced we would improve RMA process right away. Because our IT agenda was too full for another implementation project, we did start with the portal of 12Return. Ever since we are still using their portal because it's working very smooth. Since the start of 12Return we got back our grip on this process and more gained insights about our returns. With the quick support of 12Return we were able to get up to speed in a few days!

In sum:
we've started using the software of 12return ~1 year ago, and after soem initial hickups it is workign well for us. They have integrated their system with our distribution partner, which was a great support for us. I can certainly recommend 12RETURn to other
