Benefits:

Very much user friendly. Any employee can use and report EHS Observations, nearmisses etc. Comprehensive modules which includes EHS Inspections, Meetings and Audit as well.

Drawbacks:

Every module is so useful...such software is important for industry as a whole.

In sum:

EXCELLENT...!! Various industries should adapt to promote EHS monitoring and performance.

Benefits:

The software is easy to use and straight forward User Friendly Fit for the purpose

Drawbacks:

Would have preferred more options into the system that we could utilize within the department and the line of work that I do

It has been a very positive experience since we were introduced to the system. It has vastly improved our data collection and management

Benefits:

HSE performance management and CAPA management Knowledge based sharing Training management Master data that is for Employee records and modules Incident reporting and investigation module and tracking of CAPAs Medical examination entry and tracking

Drawbacks:

GRA and JSA BBs observations and its tracing, not easy to track for pending CAPA from which BBs it is pending GRA format is to complicated and not easy to enter details (copy and paste option is not available) JSA module is also same as GRA and not easy to enter details as we do in excel sheet

Benefits:

Very robust and encompasses most aspects of digitising an HSE managment system.

Drawbacks:

Requires certain quality of life changes in data input and retrieval. Also reporting types on the learning management system could be more relevant (like executive summaries etc)

More streamlined communication amongst operational and administrative sections of the organisation. has helped us pinpoint accountability for certain actions in HSE.

Benefits:

The Software makes all our processes digitized and integrated with our existing system. It is very user friendly and makes our systems and processes more strengthen in terms of Root cause Analysis for Incident and Near miss modules. It also helps for compilation of all reports with Before and After pictures. Data handling and its restoration is very easy after using this software. It is given measurable benefits to the organization. All employees are enjoying using this software.

Drawbacks:

1. Integration Between the Roles can be further improved in terms of action items. 2. Module wise dashboard which brings more Analytic approach required.

Benefits:

It's user friendly, once training is imparted to the concerned group, it works without further help/guidance, trends are readily available etc..

Drawbacks:

Understanding between buyer and vendor takes long time to customize the software. Secondly certain features like accident investigation needs to be configured with smart or intelligent techniques so that effectiveness of outcome can be increased

Benefits:

The user interface for the program is by far the most what I like about the software at hand. All modules are self explanatory, very friendly to use, and fit for purpose.

Drawbacks:

With a friendly user interface you will always come across limitations, and that's the only thing I see as a con using the HSE Software provided. But with the dedicated and professional team we are working with, we have managed to find ways and solutions to overcome every obstacle so far.

In sum:

In my opinion, the best thing we were able to achieve using this software is by actively involving the whole team in solving observations, non-conformance, audits & inspections. There is a huge misconception in the GCC that states the responsibility of controlling and maintaining a safe work environment falls on the responsibility of the HSE practitioner, which is totally false. With the HSE software at hand, we are able to assign responsibilities to Performing Authority individuals and actually witness and review their performance towards HSE Compliance helping us gather further information such as trend analysis, safety culture, personal behavior, trends of unsafe behavior and much more. When you have all this information at hand, you will be able to efficiently and effectively manage the overall HSE performance within the organization and ensure continuous improvement from and HSE perspective.

Benefits:

Customization & user friendliness. Interphase is easy to use and understand. data can also be fetch in required formats easily.

Drawbacks:

Not anything specific. it is user-friendly, customizable, and very well designed software. No Cons found.

Benefits:

Incident report module is very good and brief design with all aspects like why why analysis, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions proposed and completions, target dates and compliance data also with seniors remarks. Employee record is also very good module and linked with all concern aspects

Drawbacks:

Some updatation required in Employee record - If any employee left and rejoin, the software not allow even his employee code , designation , department changed. Incident management - After reporting incident , it will circulated to leftover employee even we inactive his record. In environment management much more updatation is required

In sum:

All incidents happened at site since start date, What corrective action and preventive actions are suggested and time for implementation. Also able to inform other site as well as corporate office immediately after reporting and we receive comment from senior if any correction. Also this software is very useful for information about incidences at other site, what corrective and preventive actions are planned .
