«Overpriced for what it does»

Benefits:

Communicates messages to clients well via email.

Drawbacks:

Trying to set up email blasts or campaigns is more challenging than it needs to be and this product is overpriced (and supposedly we received good pricing even).

In sum:

We work with a gal named [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], who is awesome at helping us set things up. She's the best part of this product truthfully. If it wasn't for her, we would have cancelled already.

Benefits:

I find that it is still quality with having access to an Agency Management System that comes with Acord Forms & and Auto Insurance Rater for the monthly cost is very competitive. Please keep the same cost for as long as possible. Thank you!

Drawbacks:

Nothing that I can really think of so this is good.

Benefits:

The contents is excellent as is the ability to create engaging emails.

Drawbacks:

I didnt like that we couldnt merge info into the subject line. I espcially dont like that the unsubscribe is at the top of an email rather than the bottom of the email.

In sum:

I loved it and the customer service when we were new but now I have to email at least twice to get any sort of answer. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is pretty good tho.

Benefits:

The ease of combining programs to work together. Love the back up ICLOUD.

Drawbacks:

Turbo Rater, to many screens and questions just to get a quote. Accu Auto's program was much easy and fast to get a quote for our customers.

It generates content automatically so I don't have to for our blog and social media pages

Drawbacks:

The writing for blog articles is clunky and often needs to be heavily edited. Social media posts are pretty generic, which is okay most of the time, but sometimes they're not timely and don't really provide any value than reaffirming brand awareness on FB and Twitter. Zero outreach has been made by ITC to provide any Covid-19 related content, they just keep publishing the same white-toast content and no one from ITC has reached out directly to see what we can do, together, to improve the messaging going out.

In sum:

It's okay but not great.

Seemed pretty simple. Good price. liked what it would've done if it worked

Drawbacks:

Other products had more features and were significantly more user friendly / intuitive. Only one person in the department who handled this product.

In sum:

You could not get this to work on my server. I spent a lot of money for my technician to work with your technician to get it to work. Your side says we're missing a file, and my tech was able to find the file - it wasn't missing. No one could figure out what the problem was.

Benefits:

The software is easy to input information. Will hold a lot of information well.

Drawbacks:

This would be a much better program if has a CRM element with it. I send a lot of time trying to find information that was put into the program.

In sum:

Using the program I could keep file in the program with out them being mixed with other parts of the business.
