Benefits:
Very easy to set-up and administer. Non-intrusive for team members, and included surveys produce good team-pulse feedback.
Drawbacks:
It's still early stage, so the thing I found wanting the most is more features. But I did appreciate how the system evolves in a rational fashion - it's easy for team members to take advantage of the new features as they come online.
In sum:
Again, a very simple way to gather feedback from my team, while getting a simple, team-public view of their weekly progress and activities.

Benefits:
Ease of use and ability to really focus on sentiment and sentiment analysis. I like the clean UI and how easy it is to see graphs at a glance.
Drawbacks:
For me, I would like to see a bit more customizability but I also understand that there are best practices that should be adhered to.

Benefits:
I love the conversations that are spun up around me by the weekly surveys. My teams will often have short conversations in Slack each week about their feedback. Especially interesting is when they have good, critical feedback for me. The format of their input in Merrio has a way of loosening their tongues in a way that doesn't always happen in one-on-ones.
Drawbacks:
While most of my employees happily give feedback in Merrio, I do struggle to get a few people to use it. I think that if it had integrations with tools their already using (like Slack or Jira) the reluctant developers would come on board.
