Reports are sent by the account manager, it would be helpful to have the analytics at our fingertips. I believe this is something currently being worked on.

Summary:

Having the software has helped us with staff retention and communication. A really good overall experience with a pro-active company.

Benefits:

Having to log in to site load money on cards (am aware can top by text). Should be easier I.e via an app. An app for the site would be useful. More features would be useful i.e create & amend the tabs/menus along the top; amend colours; more functionality-site is very 'boxy', have a page for forms, policies etc - the downloads area to the right of pages isn't user friendly for this type of page needed; the setting up of blogs is confusion-can't work it out; an email to me as admin when new offers/retailers & features become available; forms would be useful that the user can submit; a function where say, I can upload a new policy for new staff, and there is a function where the user can sign and date to say they have read and understood it, then recorded within the back system (save printing forms for 600 staff!); a catagloe of professional photos to use. Just a few suggestions!

Recognition is linked to specific behaviors that demonstrate and exemplify company values and service standards, which serves to sustain an organizational culture. The program also facilitates and encourages peer-to-peer recognition and team-based recognition. The layout resembles popular social media websites so navigation is intuitive and no user training is needed. Ease of use supports rapid adoption. The ability of users to customize profiles with gender-neutral avatars or profile photos allow staff authentic self-expression and supports diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. Translation services allow users to further customize their experience. The technology is reliable and we rarely experience technical issues (which are always minor). When users request service, support is always impressively responsive.

This software can help sustain an organizational culture but isn't a comprehensive solution to employee recognition. Organizations that don't have other recognition tactics already in place or launched alongside this program risk disengaging employees. Recognition efforts still need to be reflective of the full range of staff needs but this program certainly helps meet the need for a public venue to recognize and connect staff across an international organization with a large geographic footprint.

We were able to quickly launch a customized program without investing internal IT resources into developing the solution.

I am missing the possibility of search my team order by alphabetical order, for example. I would like also having optional the comments once you recognize someone (50 characters is not too much to fill, I know, but sometimes its not needed to dedicate some words to that one) Finally I am missing additional rewards, I have 5 or 10 but additional amounts as 20 or 25 should be considered. Maybe an option to write the amount manually would be nice to have.
