I use this app through my gym membership. It keeps up with my exercise plan and where I last left off. I love how simple it is. No bells and whistles. It shows you what exercises your scheduled to do and how to do it!

Drawbacks:

It would be amazing if it could link to fitbits and apple watches for more accurate information.

How well organized this program is. It is literally the best for anyone to use, who is looking to exercise on a daily basis, or to even keep track of what you need, and for your daily regimens.

Drawbacks:

Nothing about the program is not to like. This is one of the easiest programs to use for weightless and exercise.

Minimum requirements to use a strength machine, some of our older population are comfortable doing 10 lbs on the chest press. AT will not allow this because of its safety features and restrictions. App development has come a long way and is just getting more user friendly. Not able to create custom movements and have them show on the app. Free form text will show on printed workouts only. Customer service is quick to respond and in the end works out but not always smooth or shared responsibility, it is always your fault and you are strongly lead to believe it.

Summary:

It has helped us set up thousands of members on their fitness journey.

The team is actively building and releasing features to make this a one stop solution for training, nutrition, habits, and delivering custom content like check-ins, PDFs, videos, etc. The team is incredibly responsive to getting any small bugs fixed and shipped. Client applications are already available (and fully-featured) for web, iOS, and Android. As well as fully-featured coaching apps on both iOS and Android as well.

After trying several days literally more than 10 applications, it is true that some others have more features but the basic and essential things were missing in the others. Other applications have wanted to put so many things and in such a complicated way that it is too confusing. However, Everfit has surprised me a lot, it is the easiest to work with, it has exactly what a personal trainer needs to work with its clients and a thing that I like a lot is the app for the client, easy, beautiful and with everything they need. I recommend it 100%

Summary:

Thanks to Everfit, programming and monitoring my clients is much easier for me. I already forget those pdf and old excel!

Benefits:

Autoflow and being able to use one platform for both of my coaching and training programs. Ease of use on the website and both of the mobile apps.
