Comprehensive and made compliance to local legal requirements easy. And it is fairly priced.

Drawbacks:

Dealing with part payments and complex remuneration package could be quite a struggle. And for those who join part way through a financial year, the back log months' payroll could be quite a struggle...

In sum:

Quite impressive and it solved many chores and in particular, pay slips can be emailed out to individual employees with ease - environment friendly with less printing.

Benefits:

User friendly interface and does not need much technical knowledge to setup the tool which I can setup within a day and start using it. The support is helpful and quick respond as I need.

Drawbacks:

N/A. Overall is what I need for a SME company

This payroll software is easy to use and not time consuming. Great customer support as well!

Drawbacks:

Initially i have a little issue on the leave management section, however, after consulting with the customer support, i now understand how the leave section works. Apart from that, i tried to log in to payrollpanda (as employee) using my mobile phone but it shows there as error. It would be great if payrollpanda can come out with an apps in mobile phone for employees and maybe for admin too.

In sum:

Easy to run payroll, great customer service experience

Benefits:

What I like the most about this software is easy and convenient to use but still need alot of improvement like having "clock in clock out" feature for staff attendance or staff medical claim entitlement which we can key in amount of RM of each staff to show or as record for employer of what amount that each staff eligible / entitled to have per year.

Drawbacks:

I like least about this software is their alignment not stay inline for company'long address and the payslip format only in A4 size (Prefer it to be half of A4 or a A5 size will be good). Hope Payroll Panda will keep improve and will integrate with UOB soon so easier for my company to prepare payroll.

Benefits:

Simple dashboard. Straight to the point. Leave module integration. Easy for small business to manage.

Drawbacks:

can't find one yet but am always thinking of extra features such as claim management.

Great customer support and I can do payroll in 3 easy clicks. Easy peasy!

Lack of additional features. I have now found HR easily which is loaded with so many more features.

Benefits:

As we are not a payroll expert, many rules and regulations have to be considered to b correctly done. With PayrollPanda, we have localised system that takes care of all the rules and regulations. Due to the web-based structure, changes are done immediately, and we can use it directly.

Drawbacks:

In the beginning, we had to study how to generate the payroll files for our banking system to upload. However, with a few steps and support from the PayrollPanda team, we could manage that as well.

In sum:

The overall experience with PayrollPanda is great. It is easy to use the system. We can generate all our documents as required.

Benefits:

I love that the software is very user friendly and quite intuitive. What I appreciate most is that customer service and how quickly and professionally any queries being posted is dealt with.

Drawbacks:

Integration with my QBO was a bit tricky and I gave up on it when I tried last year. However, I may give it a go again and see if it would help moving forward.

In general, moving to PayrollPanda has helped made my HR function more efficiently.
