About ReACT
The product ReACT is a unique application designed to automate the password reset and synchronization process across the entire enterprise. ReACT eliminates the need to reset a password to a temporary value and allows the end user to reset their own password at any time without the need to change their password again at sign-on, thus virtually eliminating password reset related calls to the Help Desk. Benefits:
When you lock your password and it is the middle of the night, this is the easiest way to unlock it! No calling IT Customer Service, no waiting for tech support. It is amazingly fast and easy to use.

Benefits:
First of all, it is very easy for users with basic javascript knowledge to learn react. In addition, the component structure makes the code you write more readable, easy to maintain and simple. You can also use many external libraries with React.
Drawbacks:
I haven't had any negative experiences so far.
In sum:
We use React on the frontend of all the projects when we develop. Java-based applications do not cause any problems either.
