Ease of use, customizable, direct to customer interface, simple plug-ins to my current software & price
Drawbacks:
Initially getting internal users to change from legacy systems. Once the dashboard was customized those issues were solved.
In sum:
Increase productivity and favorability with vendors in my marketplace.

Ease of use, quick uploads, integration with our current tech is essential for us to implement any new product to our workflow
Drawbacks:
Getting customers to use is not catching on as expected we are trying different campaigns and rewards and hope the developer will participate
