The breadth of their offering is quite vast and the new Zenoss Cloud offering is especially good for smaller companies who don't want to deal with infrastructure. They also offer both agent less and agent based collection (collects and statd), which is refreshing. Since containers are the new orange, we get support for Docker and Kubernetes, along with AI-enhanced machine learning for data ingested.
