Benefits:
I like that I only need pay for the software once, and that the initial fee is very low. It does a decent job for the money spent. It worked well for me when I was just coming back to practice after an extended absence. I've moved on to different software once my workload outgrew it.
Drawbacks:
The software isn't nearly as smooth as the higher cost case management software. Items that you intuitively think should sync other portions of the software - don't. I can't just click and find all the cases that a certain contact is associated with, for example. Seems each database is its own separate entity.

Benefits:
Low initial fee. Good Value . A good starter software with basic functions and features. Overall it does the job.
Drawbacks:
Transitions from feature to feature is not easy, so it does takes time to get used to where to go to use the functions.
