Benefits:
Yes we found the product easy to use and implement, calculations are able to be followed.
Drawbacks:
Features were improved with the implementation of the New Engine, however there are a number of reporting improvements that would assist users in abstracting relevant data
In sum:
Initially customer support was very reliable and quick, however if recent times delays have been experienced in getting responses.

Benefits:
The ease of use, the completeness of the solution and how we can share information easily from the site.
Drawbacks:
Some of the reporting needs to be addressed to really add value for our business, as the reports module takes some time to learn, vs more standard reports in place.
In sum:
Removing all contracts and leases from paper files to one place for ease of access. Looking forward to the new leasing reporting for financial systems.
