Benefits:

The product is the best value for money i have seen, easy to use and does a lot of what the others change big dollars for. but this is as far as it goes.

Drawbacks:

Very, very poor support, they are never online and never respond to your messages. If you send them a message you will get an acknowledgement email and that is as far as it goes. they never respond to emails or messages, total silence.

In sum:

As they say you get what you pay for. overall the live chat is not bad if you can work your way through the setup but do not expect any support as it does not exist. If they could find their way in providing support this would make it the best live chat on the market.
