Drawbacks:

Sometimes the clients did not like that they were interacting via text and wanted to speak over a phone which they thought was more confidential.

If you want a support tool that literally just does live chat, then this is the tool for you. It doesn't have really any bells and whistles, but does the job.

Drawbacks:

As mentioned above, it has no bells and whistles, it just is a live chat tool. Also looks pretty old style
