Benefits:
When you already learn how to use it, it is very complete when the LOAD was already created, you can update the information, look for the documents that this TMS generates and follow up on shipments.
Drawbacks:
What I least like about the software is the way it was designed and the dificulty to find the options when you are learning to use it. Is not very easy friendly as other TMS.
