The things I liked most were the lay-out of the system, ease of registering the equipment, having a dashboard that works, in many systems the graphs cannot be used in reports. The integration with our equipment was smooth. The website providing an "implementation guide" was fantastic!

Drawbacks:

So far there is nothing in the software that I have not liked.

So far the use of the software has been a great experience, but I see that I could explore the system more and use the resources it has more. I believe that with this training that will be made available, I will be able to learn more and use the CMMS better. The lack of maintenance history, due to the fact that there was no one to register the services. The benefits are that we are now starting to have a maintenance history and we can prepare KPI's and be able to analyze how our maintenance management is doing.

Descobri este programa casualmente. Antes tinha todos os dados referentes a diversos equipamentos no Excel. Agora comecei a usar o ManWinWin e estou bastante contente. Criar folhas de trabalho, relatórios de avarias e criar um processo único para cada equipamento, passou a ser mais rápido, completo e fácil.

Drawbacks:

De início é um pouco complexo, mas, depois de criadas algumas fichas torna-se mais intuitivo.

Perante uma avaria num equipamento, ter o histórico e relatórios de anteriores reparações, facilita imenso.

Benefits:

It is easy to use and the informatics requirements are not a big deal.

Drawbacks:

Not allowed reprograming the unrealized tasks in the new work order and that create restrictions in lubrification for example.

Clerk side of it is simple to use. We have had a few glitches with it, which are fixed easily. On the other side management some things are hard to figure out but I think with more training and understanding of the program it would be a lot easier. Most confusion it seems is not understanding how to work it properly. Can't give a view of the overall program cause we don't use all aspects of it.
