The riser matrix report was something that I had not seen before. It can be very helpful. There is much to like about this software. The customer support is even better and the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] of the company even pitches in on the support.
Drawbacks:
I needed more flexibility with the setting up of reports. There were prepopulated reports and at times reports from different angles were needed. I had to go through support to get those set up when I could have easily completed the task myself.
In sum:
Great. I was able to learn it quickly, just in time for our corporate office to put restrictions on it so I couldn't do anything with the knowledge.
