Benefits:
Handrail helps foster collaboration across more people across our team simply and easily. We've never had any issues generating useful customer insights before, the big difference is now is that with Handrail is it's easier to share and much easier to keep the research organized. We don't even have to think about it after collecting it--it's like magic.
Drawbacks:
Handrail gets everything done that we ask it to do. I don't have any major quibbles with the design or features. I can do without the pie charts, I would prefer bar charts, but maybe that's just me.
In sum:
Saved time, made it easier to focus on doing research rather than organizing it, simplified how the research is shared and presented.

Benefits:
We use Handrail to log our research findings. I love the fact that I can send a link to development teams. This gives them access to our research and allows our team to skip repetitive research projects.
Drawbacks:
I'd love to be able to link it with Jira.
