What I like the most, the advanced search definitely and when I want to add a client who's already added, the CRM always give you an alert note, so you can see who's client of one of the consultant is added, and do something for making the arrangements.
Drawbacks:
We couldn't sincronice the CRM agenda with google calendar or at least to give us and alert without open the CRM
In sum:
To accomplish sales and make a great customer relationship a mean, for the things the I have to used this software is great.

It was very easy to get used to using.
In sum:
I had no experience with E Max until I started working with Boulder Designs and Border Magic. I found it to be an outstanding way to capture the information needed to track a sales prospect from start to sale completion. It is a very good management tool.
