Benefits:
We had evaluated many LIMS software including US and European companies, but we have found EnsoLIMS to be most user friendly and covering the critical features necessary for a QC and Analytical testing unit.
Drawbacks:
We have been using this software for last 7 years but didn't find any drawbacks. We changed our server hardware, migration support was also provided by Enable IT team.
In sum:
Great and its further enhancing time to time. They have also launched a newer version which they are offering us at discounted price.
