Bluejeans nicely (and stable) integrates with outlook (incl O365). Scheduling calls is as any other with the plugin Although development on features was relatively slow from a user perspective, the last year Bluejeans caught up with newcomers by adding loads of new features, making it a true competitor (again) Admin features are really nice, including command center (extra cost), giving the right insights in users, meetings and trends And last but not least, it can connect anything to a meeting (apps, dialin call, roomsystem h323, even other platforms)

Requires more bandwidth in comparisson (although not an issue in these days) The background image option is causing high cpu usage (could be improved, but only causing the fan to blow harder) On admin side: more reporting on users and sync between user mngt and command center usage reports would be nice (for example show historic meetings of all users vs users currently holding an account). Also time dimensions not always export properly to excel

Bluejeans comes in two categories the Standard edition and Pro edition. It has helped carry out internal and external meetings without issues with the feature that allow us to share documents. it is a wonderful platform you can use to carry meetings or even attend a meeting.

Drawbacks:

Bluejeans is not well known to other user, so one would need to introduce the application to either clients or follow workmates.

Bluejeans generally works, you can have multiparty video conversations with presentations, recordings. it's pretty easy to combine outsiders and insiders on the calls, usually, you just click the link and it works. It's easy to use your 'personal' standing meeting or set a special code for a named meeting. Like I said - it generally delivers on the promise of video conferencing with people.

You often get latency and breakups in situations where Hangouts or even Facetime would sail through. The chat window is hidden and in my experience almost never used. you can't control who you see (just a few modes), and there's often trouble recognizing headphones etc. So quite buggy.

I have been using this tool for about a year now and thanks to Jifflenow, it has made me a more organized and serious person because meetings can be a struggle for some people. I am truly happy!

Benefits:

Jifflenow keeps all of our meetings organized in one place to make the most efficient use of our company's time at trade shows and conferences.

Drawbacks:

No substantial cons. Our company is ever evolving and the scale of our usage of this tool continues to rise, but Jifflenow is always there to support!

I was very excited when I did my first demo with this product. But once we got into the nitty-gritty details of customization, integration with SalesForce, and how we were going to track and report out I started to experience some setbacks. Overall, it's easy to use and the app is helpful for people on the go but I don't know if I would recommend this if you want robust reporting and integration with SalesForce

You are limited with features and integration. There are a lot of things that require custom work with admin's on both sides and somethings are just not possible. We were really hoping to have a sophisticated integration with SalesForce when it came to Leeds, campaigns, and automation, but we ended up having to do a lot of data loading and cleanup work before the event and after the event to ensure we got it right

Overall, and the platform is easy to use and the app is helpful for people on the go but you cannot rely on it for heavy hitter integration with SalesForce or really custom type work. If you are strictly interested in the number of meetings and being able to see basic information about the meeting like company or location or participants then this is a great tool. But if you are looking for more sophisticated reporting an integration, it's going to come up short and require a lot of manual work to make sure overall, and the platform is easy to use and the app is helpful for people on the go but you cannot rely on it for heavy hitter integration with SalesForce or really custom type work. If you are strictly interested in the number of meetings and being able to see basic information about the meeting like company or location or participants then this is a great tool. Not enough information symbols to click on that tell users how to use a feature. Does not tell you if an invitation is forwarded to another user (so you don't know who got it) No feature to remind meeting guest to attend via text message or simple email, you have to remind them by resending the invitation. Sometimes they release new features or changes without completely telling us what's changing Software updates are not always perfect, if may take a few months before it's smooth

We have run over 300 meeting programs with Jifflenow to-date. It's enabled use to triple our production without increasing staff. Our executive administrators appreciate that we vet the meeting requests first before it comes to them and their executive. The briefing details are in the body of the invitation for only internal users, so they only need their smart phones to prepare for a meeting. Every year, more and more teams in our company want to use the meeting program because they see the value of personal meetings at trade shows and other events.
