Benefits:
Able to distribute minutes to all attendees easily and rapidly. Easily able to search and find meeting records.
Drawbacks:
Improve mobile access for phones and iPads. Browser dependant currently, however I do have my Mac with me for the majority of meetings so this is not a big problem for me.

Immediate outputs of all tasks and actions and minutes. Manage teams and tasks in fluid connected ways and connects the entire project team. Communication is made so much easier and tracking projects and updating is really efficient as everything only ever gets done once and is transparent to all but with levels of authority.
Drawbacks:
Migration with licences. It would be nice to have an offline version as well as then I could work when out in the sticks and have no connectivity.

The fact that all my meetings all my actions all my decisions are auditable and in one centrally stored location, never having to wonder which drive I saved anything to. Being able to be prepared for a meeting knowing exactly what the status of each action is.
Drawbacks:
Non-paying meeting invitees cannot update any of their own actions. So the non-paying invitee can receive all the information necessary but they cannot log into the system and update their own actions. However, the administrator can.

Easy to use and keeps everyone up-to-date with agenda's, outstanding actions and minutes from all meetings
Drawbacks:
Users being able to close off actions on their own. These can be found in 'closed items' but I think items should be closed by admin user only.
