Benefits:

Very secure for mobile, datas, document from work.

Drawbacks:

It kept asking me to change my password, so I keep forgetting. ;)

Benefits:

Ability to securely view my work documents that contain sensitive information. It allows me to separate my personal and business files on my phone. The software has in built office style apps that allow me to create work presentations, word docs etc and then be able to keep them all in the one central place on my device

Drawbacks:

This software doesn't allow an easy sharing process. Would prefer if I could share through multiple sources instead of only email. This could be done by requiring a password when looking to share a document

Benefits:

Viewing dokuments is very easy. If you are using Kerberos also it is self explaining what the user has to do.

Drawbacks:

Maybe there should be something like a "Save as" button. If you edit something there will be the old file automatic replaced

Benefits:

Easy to use, users like it a lot, not much trouble to install and setup, secure, managed by Mobiliron, US MDM, good for goverment users

Drawbacks:

cost is expensive. We use it along worth Mobileiron MDM for all company Ipads and to have this additional feature requires Gold Mobileiron license per user and it cost additional per user

In sum:

secure and easy to use
