Benefits:
Currently trialing the software and its definitely got good functionality and the ability to monitor various numbers of things (from hardware to web server to DB) on each machine. It's not insanely hard to setup but isn't for the inexperienced.
Drawbacks:
The pricing model ("per monitor") is interesting in a bad way, even though it's pretty common in this space to do so. The email alerts do not look as nice as, say, something like VMWare or Windows Server 2016 Essentials Health report
