Benefits:
Create reports and data quertys is easy and logical.
Drawbacks:
Having to modify recurring reports in some way is not very practical for rotating work teams. a visual interface would be more intuitive and easy

I love how you can just input the information and generate the documents that you need with a couple clicks
Drawbacks:
I'd like to be able to tweak it myself to make the documents look the way I want them to look although I know the standard court documents but I'm picky about how they actually look so I know I could improve on it
In sum:
I have a good experience using the software makes things a lot easier to love easier to use and manage the client information that's also helpful
