Benefits:
We liked the features it had on the system with all the scheduling and that they provided some training for you so you knew how to properly use the system so you didn't have to figure it out on your own.
Drawbacks:
They told us that it was compatible with our version of quickbooks and then after wasting our time with the training and using the system we then find out that it actually isn't and that some users cannot properly use the system.
