Benefits:
I love the ease of use for the Officer. If you can post a FB status or comment from your phone or PC, you can use this. It works from a tablet, a smartphone, or a PC. Windows or Mac. Android or iPhone. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] experience in managing and running a Security company show in his ease of design and use with Officer Reports.
Drawbacks:
The ONLY thing I could ever ask for is live "LoJack" style gps location of a device signed in to Officer Reports, and the ability to back trace that by 24-48 hours.
In sum:
I inherited the Officer Reports system, which is a good thing. The person managing it before me did not have the dual aptitude for PC's and mobile devices. I read the guides, and dove in, essentially teaching myself. Why? At the time I didn't know [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and his team. When I met [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and he first opened that MacBook.....I knew I had met my people. I can call him, e-mail him, or text him and get a rapid response. The [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]. We have our own tech support rep....,,who checks in monthly..,,rain or shine. And is also available with a simple text if needed. The GPS PROOF that an Officer was or was not on site at a specified time has been valuable for not only unemployment claims but legal action for our clients. We can prove via GPS that we had Security on site at the time of a theft or property loss and that the Reports were sent FROM the site. This gives an extra layer of validity to the video or photo captured by our Officers. We can also provide to the minute GPS proof to clients for payroll and billing. I can take a person who has never seen this system before and make them a capable admin for an outer Office in just a couple of hours. Our clients....including a major energy client....love the Tour Tracking system. We use Officer Reports with both CFATS and MARSEC clients. Vo-Tech schools. Assisted Living Facilities. Pharmaceutical Manufacturers.

I like its ease of use. Its very self explanatory .
Drawbacks:
They were a few features that I don't need to use, but customer support was able to lock them out for me. Those features just wouldn't work for my operation.
In sum:
The Team at OfficerReports.com is just fantastic.

Benefits:
The product is completely user friendly, it doesn't slow your computer down when going through the pages and inputting data. The reports are bottom line up front reports which allow the Security Officer to send reports up the chain of command that are straight to the point. Thank you for (K I S S) because Security Officer reports do not need to be a dissertation. Warm Regards, DJ Holmes
Drawbacks:
There is a feature that allows an officer to do a blue print of a prospective client and I do not see it anywhere on Officer Reports. This feature is a must for the Security Officer because every person they come in contact with is a potential client. I also would like to see a simple Daily Activity Report (DAR) log where the Security Officer can type (text) and it will come out as a DAR for the Members of the Management Team can approve and forward to the client. I am talking about one that has spell check and has basic security officer terms. I have noticed that some of our new Security Officers do not like writing or lack basic sentence structure in their reports. Clients want short paragraphs and 3-5 page power points. Keep the Ws WHO WHERE WHEN WHY
In sum:
As a smaller Security Company I need a system that is going to be user friendly and allow me to manage people via a distance. Trust but verify, keep the client happy and limit the use of paper binders. My clients love their binders that I have created for them but they love the fact that Officer Reports is available to them at home.

Benefits:
The value for the software is amazing! The reporting system, tour tracking and scheduling system combines so many security guard company functions that make this software unrivaled. Easy to use for millennials and baby boomers.
Drawbacks:
No cons at the moment. Possibly ability to inactivate Sites versus deleting in entirety if sites are paused for whatever reason.
In sum:
[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and his team have been with me since signup. Great customer experience.

The layout and easy to use and what it has to offer.
Drawbacks:
Support sucks, they are not there to help on the phone but even tho you can call they only answer by email.
In sum:
I was told that if 3 sites were paid they will wave the custom website and it will take 3 days. Well 11 days went by and all they can tell me is there developers are doing something and its out of there control. As a owner thats not good cliet support. After 11 days they will rather refund the money then to make a happy client. My advice dont work with them, if something as small as this they can not handel what happens if something big did. It cost me time, money and new clients. My over all rating 0.

Has an App
Drawbacks:
It is un useable see the above. Very poor company that will not even stand behind there product.
In sum:
The claimed to be able to do time tracking but that is not the case. They kept telling us that there was an update that would fix all of the bugs but we never saw it. We hired IT people who came in for $1500 consulting fee only to tell us that software was primitive at best and basically un-useable. When we cancelled our service, after only two weeks. and asked for a refund they refused. VERY POOR!

Benefits:
OR is super easy to use. Training new employees on using the app is a snap. We tell officers that OR is their CYA tool. I LOVE the 'Time Card' feature that allows use to GEO fence a property to avoid having officers 'clock in' or 'clock out' if they are not on site. Our clients love that, too. The many features for accountability of officers are outstanding. The payroll feature makes payroll quick and easy. I could never imagine running a security company with OfficerReports.
Drawbacks:
There is nothing that I don't like about OR

Benefits:
Once you understand how to use the software, it is super easy to perform set ups.
Drawbacks:
Available online support is helpful but confusing at times. I should like there to be a intro page we could send to our clients on using the portal where their reports are kept and how the client can gain access to them in easy step-by- step instructions. If that already exists, then I haven't found it.
In sum:
Good, yet a bit frustrating at times when trying to set up the officers. Still, there is plenty of documents to help guide you and the customer experience manager, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is a great help and generally easy to reach during the week only.
